General

All items remain the property of Mustard Seed Cards until full payment has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this means when your cheque has cleared.

We are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an order once it has been placed.

Mustard Seed Cards does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18 you may purchase from this website only with the involvement of your parent or guardian.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if it arises from anything which is beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing and availability

The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

In the event of a problem with your order we will let you know via email, telephone or letter.

Delivery

All cards will be delivered by Royal Mail first class post and should be dispatched on the same day (for orders received before 12:00 noon) or the next working day (for orders received after 12:00 noon). Orders containing personalised Christmas cards will take a little longer whilst we confirm your personalised text.

Canvases will be delivered by Royal Mail first class post and should be dispatched within 7 - 10 working days.

Deliveries can only be made to mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses.

Returns

Please do not return any item without an authorisation number. This can be obtained by emailing us

You are entitled to return the whole order in its original packaging and condition within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund (excluding post and packing). Please allow 21 days for us to refund your money.

Any shortages, errors or damages must be reported in writing within 7 working days of delivery.
